American Pet Diner is dedicated to “GOING GREEN”  How are we doing this?  Currently American Pet Diner is working towards a completely “paperless” company.  For example, one area we have gone “paperless” is using fax.com  for all incoming and outgoing faxes.  We can send and receive faxes through our email account eliminating the necessity for paper.  We also scan all documents into the computer and recycle the original.  Sometimes this paper is re-used in our printers, to print out inter-company documents, thus reducing the amount of paper being used.

Price Increase

You may have noticed that your pet’s food has gone up in price, and if you haven’t experienced any price increases yet, you probably will pretty soon.  We promise these are not arbitrary price increases, but the direct result of increased manufacturing and distributing costs. Please know that the cost of raw material has risen anywhere from 10% - 48% over the last year. Additionally, the high cost of fuel is making it more expensive to transport raw materials and finished products.  Pet food manufacturers are faced with raising prices or choosing cheaper ingredients. At American Pet Diner, excellent nutrition is a top priority, and we know that it is for you too. We appreciate your commitment to providing the best care for your pets, and we will continue working hard to provide high quality products at competitive prices.
